About Me
“Therapists don’t give you the answers; they help you find the answers within yourself.”

I am a passionate and experienced Psychotherapist with a special interest in working with neurodiverse children and adults. As a mother of five, including a son with Autism, I bring both professional knowledge and personal insight into my practice. I hold an advanced diploma in psychotherapy and have pursued additional training in a range of areas, including play therapy and understanding autism. I offer client-led sessions, meaning you set the pace and direction and we work together towards your goals. My approach is pluralistic, thoughtfully blending psychodynamic, humanistic, and CBT therapies to support each individual’s unique needs. I work with clients aged 8 and above, creating a safe, supportive space for meaningful change.
In my spare time I love to travel, especially big family holidays! I also love to be on stage and am usually learning lines for my next performance. I am currently spending my time renovating an old school into my dream home!
Some of the areas of therapy I work with include -
Domestic abuse, Addiction, Eating Disorders, Bullying , Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Stress, Autism , ADHD, Grief and loneliness.
